Cardholder agrees to have the Resident Councils of Washington debit their credit card for monthly fee for the LTC Directory Service each month starting thirty- days from original purchase date. Cardholder can cancel the service at anytime without charge before the billing date. Cardholder may cancel the LTC Directory Service by calling the Resident Councils of Washington at (360) 554-0606.
